I helped a gym get toned up

Having a strong tone of voice is essential if a brand wants to stand out and stand for something. I worked directly with David Lloyd Clubs to develop their brand tone of voice: something that was authentically them and effortless to follow.

Once we have the tone of voice nailed, I rewrote their entire members and acquisition coms journey using the new voice. I also conducted a number of training sessions with the communications and marketing teams, so that they were all using the same on brand voice in all of their communications with members and prospects.
