BRINGING A NEW brand TO LIFE

The Mole is a luxurious resort nestled in the Devon countryside. The newest addition to the hotel portfolio of one of Europe's largest privately-owned global investment firms, they came to me when they had recently launched and were struggling to gain traction with the market. They had a design and look and feel, but no true personality. I began by creating an in-depth tone of voice, that took the brand from concept to living, breathing thing. This was then flooded across their website, striking the balance between being sales driven and sophisticated. This proved so successful, they then asked me about the possibility of creating a TV advertising campaign, as a test, as they had never invested in TV before. Budget and assets were incredibly limited, but with some smart thinking and brilliant production partners, we produced a campaign the client was delighted with. And not only that, it delivered: a 900% uplift in revenue and 400% lift in web visits.
